Agencies are listed alphabetically by town. Once you have e chosen an agency for the assessment, complete the required paperwork through email or print them out and submit via mail or fax.
For those that cannot afford treatment services, DUII Funding through the State of New Jersey is available. More information on this funding source and other funding sources, as well as eligibility requirements, can be found at https://nj.gov/humanservices/dmhas/resources/services/treatment/sa_idp.html or speak to the agency.

Self Help Attendance
If you are required to attend Self-Help (AA, NA) as part of your IDRC obligation, a letter will be sent with an Agreement to Participate in an Alcohol or Narcotics Self Help Program. This agreement will outline how often you attend along with when and where you should send the attendance cards each month.
