Monmouth County welcomes all internal and external candidates to apply for current job opportunities for which they qualify. Please note that applications are only considered for positions that are currently posted on this website. Monmouth County residents will have first preference.
In order to be considered for a job opening, an Application for Employment must be completed for each position. Resumes may be attached but are not considered as substitution for a fully completed job application form.
Apply by clicking on the title of interest from our current job opportunities and then click on the "Apply" button within the job posting. Attach copies of any required licenses, certificates, or degrees/transcripts.
Completed job applications will be referred directly to the Department Hiring Managers.
Monmouth County operates its Human Resources system under the New Jersey Civil Service Commission rules and regulations.
