of Monmouth in Focus features the 2026 Monmouth County Board of County Commissioner Organization Meeting and Vietnam Veteran Joe Casey.
- During the Monmouth
County Board of County Commissioners 2026 Organization meeting,
Commissioner Thomas A. Arnone’s election to his sixth three-year term,
Commissioner Dominick “Nick” DiRocco’s election to his third three-year term,
Sheriff Shaun Golden’s election to his sixth three-year term and Clerk
Christine Giordano Hanlon’s election to her third five-year term were
certified. Commissioner Thomas A. Arnone was appointed to serve as Director for
2026 and Commissioner DiRocco was appointed to serve as Deputy Director for
2026. Remarks were shared by Commissioner Director Arnone on behalf of the
Commissioner Board.
- In the Veterans
Corner segment, Monmouth County Commissioner Susan M. Kiley spoke with veteran
Joe Casey, who discussed his military service and how the Monmouth County
Division on Aging, Disabilities and Veterans Services assisted him with a
benefits issue he experienced.
