Monmouth County’s Administrative Code
Monmouth County government is organized under an Administrative Code that sets forth the details of administration and establishes the duties, responsibilities and powers of all County officials and agencies for the efficient and effective delivery of services to residents. The Board of Chosen Freeholders adopted the Code in on December 22, 2008 in Freeholder resolution 08-1168 (pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:20-1.3).
