ABOUT THE 12 HOUR CLASS
All IDRC classes will be held in person.
Monmouth County IDRC classes are usually held on a Monday and Tuesday. Hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Two consecutive days must be completed.
If you have NOT received an original scheduling notice from the IDRC, DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER. The IDRC cannot help you until we receive paperwork from the municipal court and Trenton.
NOTE: IDRC clients are scheduled into the County IDRC in which they reside.
Upon receipt of, “COURT ORDERED CLASS ATTENDANCE NOTICE,” you must register and pay before you are scheduled into class. You might be scheduled into a later class if the original class is full.
Please contact Julie von Schirach at Julie.VonSchirach@co.monmouth.nj.us or 732-308-3713, Ext. 3720.
COMPLETE YOUR COURT ORDERED OBLIGATION
Please complete the below registration form. You can make a credit card payment or send in a Certified Check or Money Order. The directions are on the form. Upon receipt of the form and payment for the class,
you will be sent an email with all the information you need about the class (PLEASE CHECK ‘SPAM’ OR ‘JUNK’ FOLDERS). Failure to complete the above will
result in the issuance of a Non-Compliance to the Municipal Court and Motor
Vehicles Commission which could result in possible jail time and further
license suspension until your IDRC obligation is completed.
If this is your second DUI/Refusal and the Judge sentenced you to the 48 Hour IDRC, please contact Central 48 Hour IDRC at 732-817-0616 or go to https://newhopeibhc.org/48-hour-intoxicated-driver-program/.
