Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the “Open Public Meeting Act” the Monmouth County Board of Elections shall meet to discuss or act upon all matters pertaining to elections on each of the dates set forth below at 4:00 PM, for the year of 2026, in the Board Offices at 300 Halls Mill Road, Freehold, NJ.

Notice to Voters in Monmouth County
Notice is hereby given that the Monmouth County Board of Elections will meet from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026 and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2026 to review mail-in ballots received for the November 2026 General Election. If any authorized challenger wishes to challenge a mail-in ballot, the required documentation must be submitted to the Board of Elections by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026 and 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026 respectively. This notice is published pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:12-7. A General Election will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2026, between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM to elect candidates to public office and to vote on public questions.
Early voting for this General Election will be available. Early voting dates and hours for the General Election are as follows:
Saturday, October 24: 10 AM to 8 PM
Sunday, October 25: 10 AM to 6 PM
