Bridge repair work on East Riverdale Avenue scheduled in Tinton Falls for Jan. 23 and Jan. 24

TINTON FALLS, NJ – Bridge repairs on East Riverdale Avenue will commence on the evening of Friday, Jan. 23, and continue until noon on Saturday, Jan. 24.

“Our contractor will be working throughout the night on Friday, Jan. 23, with pile driving activities beginning at about 9 p.m., and continuing until about noon on Saturday, Jan. 24,” said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone, liaison to the Division of Engineering. “This work is essential to complete the bridge replacement, so we appreciate the public’s understanding and support during this process.”

In total, the County maintains approximately 1,000 lane miles of roads, 980 bridges and culverts, and 250 traffic signals and beacons.
