Commissioner Director kicks off new year with latest installment of Director’s Wellness Challenge

FREEHOLD, NJ – The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners is excited to announce the latest edition of the Director’s Wellness Challenge, set to take place from January 1 through January 31, 2026, with the goal of 10,000 steps for at least 20 days during the month.

“As we begin a new year, the Director’s Wellness Challenge offers a meaningful opportunity for our employees to focus on their health and well-being,” said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone. “We encourage everyone to participate, support one another, and start 2026 with renewed energy and positive habits.”
