County Commissioners shared channel information for Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge

RUMSON-SEA BRIGHT, NJ – The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners shared channel information for the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge that will be observed for the summer season.

“In anticipation of the summer season, my fellow Commissioners and I worked diligently to open the navigational channel that includes the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge,” said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone. “Safety is our top priority so please make sure to go to rumsonseabrightbridge.com for the most up to date information.”

Mariners should be aware of the following information:

The 75ft navigational channel is scheduled to open for marine travel resuming Friday, May 23. Bridge openings will follow the normal summer schedule of Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Bridge opens on the hour during those times. For Monday-Thursday, the Bridge opens on signal.

“The County appreciates everyone’s patience during recent construction activities and remains committed to providing safe and reliable infrastructure to our visitors and residents,” said Commissioner Director Arnone.
