Division on Aging, Disabilities and
Veterans Services host Veterans Services Resource Fair on Oct. 25
MANALAPAN, NJ – The Monmouth County Board of County
Commissioners, in conjunction with the Division on Aging, Disabilities and
Veterans Services, will host a Veterans Services Resource Fair on Wednesday,
Oct. 25, from 1-4 p.m. at the Monmouth County Library Headquarters, located at 125
Symmes Drive.
“The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners,
in conjunction with the Monmouth County Division on Aging, Disabilities and
Veteran Services, is proud to host the Veteran Services Resource Fair which
will have resources and programs available for those who have bravely served
our Country,” said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone. “These men and women
have done so much for our nation and it is our privilege to be able to provide
them with the support they may need.”
“During the Fair, there will be a presentation
provided by the VA NJ Healthcare System as well as a variety of organizations
who will have resources available,” said Commissioner Susan M. Kiley, liaison
to the Division on Aging, Disabilities and Veterans Services. “Participating
organizations include Assisting Hands Home Care, Bridging the Gap, the
Brookdale Veterans Center, the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office, Monmouth County
Sheriff’s Office, Monmouth County Workforce Development, Soldier On and more.”
The Veterans Services Resource Fair is co-sponsored
by the Monmouth County Library System. Light refreshments will be served to all in
