“These partners have dedicated themselves to helping develop a world-class workforce right here in Monmouth County,” said Freeholder Deputy Director Serena DiMaso, liaison to the County’s Division of Workforce Development. “Each of our recipients is assisting us in providing phenomenal services to our residents.”

The six honorees this year were: Tim McMahon, CEO of McLoone’s Management and former WIB member for Business; Coastal Habitat for Humanity and Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County for Community Service; Freehold Regional High School for Education; Dennis Bone, Chairman of the State Employment and Training Commission (SETC) for Government; and Peggy Schaab of Health Professionals and Allied Employees (HPAE), HPAE Local 5058 for Organized Labor.

The WIB directs the delivery of education, employment and training programs to county residents and businesses. The WIB builds partnerships in the public and private sectors to maximize resources to build a high quality and competitive workforce.

“Collaboration between public and private entities is an important part of providing services to those who are unemployed or underemployed in Monmouth County,” said Freeholder Director Gary J.
